Operated by Best Day Ever at the ARC of Franschhoek, all equipment is included and the experience is suitable for most fitness levels. A basic ability to cycle is required.

What to Expect

Arrive at the ARC of Franschhoek at the Berg River Dam, where your guide will set you up with your e-bike, adjust your seat post, hand out helmets, and give you a quick orientation so you feel comfortable before setting off. From there, you’ll head out onto the trails exploring the Wolwekloof area and the dam surrounds.

As you ride through the natural fynbos, you will take in incredible views of the water and the towering mountain peaks. Along the way, we will pull over at a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the dam, where you can relax and enjoy a refreshing drink and a snack while soaking up the scenery. Your experienced guide leads the way, sharing local insights and ensuring a safe, fun ride from start to finish.
