Traditional archery — no sights, no gadgets, just breath, posture and focus. We shoot at two of the Winelands’ best settings: the ARC at Berg River Dam in Franschhoek, with mountains standing over the water, and Banhoek Chilli Oil outside Stellenbosch.
For individuals it builds patience, concentration and calm under pressure. For teams it levels the field — nobody’s an expert on arrow one — and turns coaching, encouragement and shared progress into something people actually feel.
