Scootours & Archery Holiday Adventure – Ages 10 to 13

Looking for the ultimate school holiday activity? The Best Day Ever Scootours & Archery Holiday Adventure is a full morning of outdoor fun, skill building, and fresh air for children aged 10 to 13.

Based at Banhoek Chilli Oil in the beautiful Banhoek Valley, the morning kicks off with traditional archery under the guidance of our experienced instructors. Kids learn the basics, develop focus and coordination, and put it all to the test through target challenges and friendly competitions.

After a cold drink break, the adventure shifts to Scootours, where riders take on scenic trails through the Banhoek Valley on large gravity scooters. Safe, supervised, and seriously fun, this is the part they will be talking about for weeks.The morning wraps up with a pizza lunch, a prize giving, and plenty of stories to share.Our qualified guides are with the kids every step of the way, making sure every child has a safe, memorable experience from start to finish.

Perfect for active kids who love the outdoors and parents looking for a supervised holiday activity that actually tires them out.

What to Expect

    Meet up at Banhoek Chilli Oil Farm

    At Banhoek Chilli Oil we will do a small Registration and Welcoming

  • 09:00 - 09:20

    Safety Briefing & Equipment Fitting

    Before the adventure begins, our guides walk everyone through the safety basics for both archery and Scootours. Helmets are fitted, equipment is checked, and every child is set up and ready to go before we head out.

  • 09:30 - 11:00

    Traditional Archery Session

    The morning kicks off at the Traditional Archery, where our  instructors teach the fundamentals of traditional archery. Starting with target practice and moving to friendly competition and 3D Archery. First timers are very welcome.

  • 11:30 - 11:30

    Cold Drink & Rotation

    A Strategic break between activities. Grab a cold drink, catch your breath, and get ready for the second half of the adventure.

  • 11:30 - 13:00

    Guided Scootours Adventure

    Trail time. Kids jump on gravity scooters and descend through the scenic Banhoek Valley on a fully guided ride through gravel tracks, single trails, and open farmland. Safe, supervised, and seriously fun.

  • 13:00 - 14:00

    Pizza Lunch & Prize Giving

    The perfect way to end the morning. Sit down for a delicious pizza lunch while the guides hand out prizes and everyone shares their highlights from the day.

    Collection

    Parents and guardians can collect from Banhoek Chilli Oil from 14:00.
