Best Day Ever started with an idea. It was pretty simple to give people their Best Day Ever. But the real question is, how do we achieve that? Well, you start off with an idea and obviously a Scooter. The idea: make a scooter path in a very culturally significant part of town, ensuring you have some of the best views that people have ever seen while ensuring that they will have an experience they will never forget. That was the vision when starting Scootours our first company that specialised in guided scooter tours. Taking people where previously thought was not possible. And we continue to strive for that vision with every new tour we create. After seeing the success of Table Mountain, our original location, we want to move a bit inland to Stellenbosch and Franscchoek, where the fun and adventure could continue there as well.

While operating in Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, we saw that there wasn’t an eco-friendly way to get to the world-renowned wine farms that we have in Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. And the options that were normal bicycles or cars. We saw an opportunity to introduce electric bikes as a sustainable and enjoyable mode of transportation for tourists and locals alike, and we knew we had to seize it. We started operating in these areas and saw an opportunity for guided tours where we could showcase the beauty and history of the region.
